The Legacy Club is an opportunity for those who have gained so much from the Game of Golf during their lives that as part of their estate plans, they have decided to give back in a very unique and personal way. Whether one's involvement is due to extraordinary success competing in tournaments on the links, or through enjoyment of the camaraderie of golfing pals with whom you share a regular game, or serving as a tournament rules official or through an ever expanding circle of golf friends who you met on the course and shared the fun, beauty, competition, healthy exercise, connecting with nature, etc. Each golfer's journey is uniquely personal and most times, very fulfilling. The current members of the Legacy Club are listed above.

To become a member of the Legacy Club, all we ask is that you include a bequest in your Will or Trust in whatever amount or form you feel is appropriate for the benefit of the Golf Association of Michigan Foundation, Inc. Please let us know of your plan and we will include your name as a member of the GAM Foundation Legacy Club.

Suggested wording to include in your Will or Trust "I (we), __________________, give and bequeath ________________ to the Golf Association of Michigan Foundation, Inc. (Tax ID# 47-2118531), a Michigan nonprofit corporation located in Farmington Hills, Michigan, to be applied to the general programming/unrestricted purposes of the foundation." We urge you to obtain the services of an appropriate legal and tax advisor for assistance in planning charitable gifts with tax and other implications. Please let us know of your plans. Contact David Graham at the GAM Foundation at 248-478-9242 ext. 115 or send a letter (or email) to his attention. Your letter may state the following:

"Dear GAM Foundation Leadership Team:

I (we) want to inform you of my (our) commitment to support the GAM Foundation through a bequest in my (our) Will (or Trust). This bequest is to be applied to the General Programming purposes of the Foundation.

Sincerely,

Your Signature

Your Name"

The Golf Association of Michigan will be celebrating its 100th anniversary in the near term. Your support of the GAM Foundation will help insure that your descendants may have the opportunity to help celebrate the centennial of the GAM Foundation in 2115!
