The 2021 Fuller Cup Matches will be played on Tuesday, Oct. 12th, at Prestwick Village GC. Plans have been finalized for this competition between the state’s top amateurs and the Michigan PGA professionals. Please make sure you wear black pants for the day.

The schedule is as follows:

8:00 a.m. – Practice Range Open.
9:00 a.m. – Team pictures for both professionals and amateurs. 
9:00 a.m. – Four-Ball Match Play (6 matches – 1 point per match). 
Lunch 
1:30 p.m. – Singles Match Play (12 matches – 1 point per match). 
5:30 – 7:00 p.m. – Hors d’oeuvres and presentation of Fuller Cup.

One practice round will be available for players only. 

Prestwick Village GC will generously provide carts and range balls for the day of the matches.  The GAM will cover food and beverage costs for the day (Lunch and hors d’oeuvres). There will be a cash bar during the reception.

The GAM and PGA have again agreed to use the Ryder Cup / Walker Cup practice in which each match is worth one point.  Tied matches at the end of 18 holes will split the point, half for each side.
