COMPETITION DATES: August 14th- 15th, 2017


Monday, August 14: Lunch prior to 2 p.m. shotgun start

Tuesday, August 15: 9 a.m. shotgun start, lunch following the round

TEE TIME: You should arrive at your assigned tee at least ten (10) minutes prior to your scheduled starting time for instructions from the starter.

CHAMPIONSHIP YARDAGE: Available @, under Tournaments / GAM Championships / Men’s Championships /Senior Four-Ball Championship – Course Setup. 

DIRECTIONS: Located on the S side of M-59, 1 mile W of Milford Road. From US-23, take M-59 E 5 miles to the club.

CADDIES/CARTS:  Automotive transportation is mandatory in this championship. Note: Only Competitors may ride in a cart. Spectators are prohibited from riding. No caddies allowed in this championship.

PRACTICE ROUND:  Please contact the golf shop for rates and availability, (248) 887-4334. Contestants must call in advance to reserve a tee time and identify themselves as GAM Senior Four-Ball contestants.  

GPS AND RANGE FINDERS: In this competition, if a player uses a distance-measuring device that is designed to gauge or measure other conditions that might affect his/her play, AND USES IT FOR THOSE OTHER CONDITIONS the player is in breach of Rule 14-3, for which the penalty is TWO STROKES for the first breach of this rule and DISQUALIFICATION for a subsequent breach during the stipulated round.

 Complimentary lunch will be provided before the First Round on Monday and after the Second Round on Tuesday. 

PRACTICE RANGE: Complimentary for players only. Range will open one hour before the first tee time.

PLAYOFF:  In case of a tie for the Championship, a hole-by-hole playoff will begin immediately after all scores have been posted. 

PRIZES:  Awards will be given to the Champion and Runner-Up teams during the lunch and reception.
