Championship Player Memo

CHAMPIONSHIP YARDAGE: Available @ GAM.org, under Tournaments / GAM Championships / Net Championships / Net Amateur Championship – Course Setup.

DIRECTIONS: Take I-75 North to exit 279 (Old 27 Rd). Take Old 27 South to Charles Brink Rd. Go Left on Charles Brink Rd to Championship Dr. Take Championship Dr to Club Entrance.

PRACTICE ROUND: Please contact the golf shop for rates and availability, (877) 732-4455. Contestants must call in advance to reserve a tee time and identify themselves as Michigan Net Amateur contestants.

GAM DRESS CODE: Shirts with collars and sleeves are required; however women may wear collarless shirts with sleeves or sleeveless shirts with collars. Neither tank tops, tee shirts, short shorts, gym shorts, cut-offs, bathing suits nor denim pants/shorts are permitted. Players and caddies are expected to adhere to the dress code.

FOOD: There is a complimentary luncheon for all players following Saturdays round of golf. The clubhouse will also have food available for purchase.

CADDIES/CARTS: All players are required to ride and are responsible for the cart fee each day. ONLY COMPETITORS MAY RIDE IN A CART. Spectators and caddies are prohibited from riding.

PRACTICE RANGE: Complimentary for players on the day of the competition, prior to play only. Open 7:15 a.m.

PLAYOFF: In case of ties, there will be a three hole playoff (cumulative net) for the overall and division champions.

WITHDRAWAL: If you must withdraw, contact the GAM office at (248) 478-9242. If you call after business hours, please leave message on voice mail #24. Failure to notify may result in suspension from future GAM competitions.
