SUBJECT:15th GAM Net Team Championship @ Forest Dunes Golf Course


This correspondence verifies your qualification into the GAM Net Team Championship at Forest Dunes Golf Course on Tuesday September 06, 2005.

Please note your starting time and starting tee assignment from the enclosed pairing sheets. You should arrive at your assigned tee at least ten (10) minutes prior to your scheduled starting time for instructions from the starter.

INFORMATION

CHAMPIONSHIP YARDAGE: Available @ GAM.org, under Tournaments / GAM Championships / Net Championships / Net Team Championship – Course Setup.

DIRECTIONS: Take I-75 to exit 239 (Roscommon M-18). Go N on M-18 to Chase Bridge Rd. Turn left on Chase Bridge Rd. Turn right on South Branch Rd. and take that to the course.

LODGING: Holiday Inn Grayling (989)348-7611 or Super 8 West Branch (989)345-8488.

PRACTICE ROUND: Contact the club and identify yourself as playing in GAM Net Team Championship, (989) 275-0700.

CADDIES/CARTS: Automotive transportation is mandatory in this championship. Note: Only Competitors may ride in a Cart. Caddies and spectators are prohibited from riding.

FOOD: Complimentary lunch will be provided after play. All other food purchases will be made available.

PRACTICE RANGE: Complimentary for players only and will open at 7:00 a.m.

PLAYOFF: A scorecard playoff for the Championship will take place immediately after the final scores have been posted.

PRIZES: Awards will be given to the Champions and Runner Up Teams as well as the flight winners in each division during the lunch reception.
