TEE TIME: You should arrive at your assigned tee at least ten (10) minutes prior to your scheduled starting time for instructions from the starter.

DIRECTIONS: From Mt. Pleasant, take M-20 W to Remus (20 miles). Continue W on M-20 through Remus for 4 miles. Exit L at 9 Mile Rd. and continue W for 3 miles. Turn L at stop sign ( School Section Lake Campground)., following blacktop W ½ mile, then turn R at stop sign follow for ½ mile. At the Country Corner four way stop, take a L and proceed on Pierce Road to Tullymore, past the Canadian Lakes Campground on L.

Tuesday, May 26 – 18 holes, stroke play; the low 32 Senior Players qualify for Match Play & Low 16 Super Senior Players qualify for Super Senior Match Play Division
Match Play: General numerical USGA draw shall be used.
The stipulated round shall be extended to as many holes as required for a match to be won.

Wednesday, May 27: Morning – 16 Matches for Senior Division & 8 Matches for Super   Senior Division
Wednesday, May 27: Afternoon – 8 Matches for Senior Division

Thursday, May 28: Morning – 4 Matches for each Division
Thursday, May 28: Afternoon – 2 Semi-Final Matches for each Division

Friday, May 29: Morning – Final Match for each Division
LODGING: A block of rooms has been reserved at Tullymore Golf Resort at a rate of $100/night plus taxes. Players may call 800-972-4837 Ext. 239 to make reservations. The room rate is eligible for players until April 26th. The group rate code is GAM.

PRACTICE ROUND:  Please contact the golf shop for rates and availability, (231) 972-4837.  Contestants must call in advance to reserve a tee time and identify themselves as GAM Senior Match Play contestants. Tullymore GC is also offering a special rate of $50/pp including cart on practice rounds for Monday, May 25th to competitors only.

FOOD:  On Tuesday, lunch will be provided for the players.  Afternoon players should plan on eating before their round. The clubhouse will have food available for purchase on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.

CADDIES/CARTS:  Carts are mandatory for all players. Entry fee covers cart for the entire competition. Caddies are not allowed. Spectator Carts are not allowed.

PRACTICE RANGE:  Complimentary for players on the day of the competition, prior to play only. 

GPS AND RANGEFINDERS: In this competition, a player may obtain distance information by using a device that measures distance ONLY. However, if, during a stipulated round, a player uses a distance-measuring device that is designed to gauge or measure other conditions that might affect his play (e.g., gradient, wind-speed, temperature, etc.), the player is in breach of Rule 14-3, for which the penalty is disqualification, regardless of whether any such additional functions are actually used.

PLAYOFF:  A sudden death playoff for the final spot(s) in both divisions will take place immediately after the final scores have been posted.

WITHDRAWAL:  If you have to withdraw the night or weekend before, please contact the GAM office at (248) 478-9242. If you call after business hours, please leave message on voice mail #24.  Failure to notify may result in suspension from future GAM competitions.
