Championship Player Memo
TEE TIME: You should arrive at your assigned tee at least ten (10) minutes prior to your scheduled starting time for instructions from the starter.

CHAMPIONSHIP YARDAGE: Available @ GAM.org, under Tournaments / GAM Championships / Net Championships / Net Team Championship – Course Setup.

DIRECTIONS: Take I-94 to 8 Mile Rd. Go E on 8 Mile to Mack. Go S (right) on Mack to Vernier. Turn left (E) on Vernier and take to Sunningdale. Turn right (S) on Sunningdale to the club.

CLUB ADDRESS: 1018 Sunningdale, Grosse Pointe Woods, MI 48236.

CADDIES/CARTS: Automotive transportation is mandatory in this championship. Players are responsible for their own cart fees during Championship round. Note: Only Competitors may ride in a Cart. Spectators are prohibited from riding.

LODGING: Holiday Inn Express, 31900 Little Mack, Roseville (586) 285-5800.

PRACTICE ROUND: Call the starter directly at 313-884-0563 to make arrangements for a practice round.

GPS AND RANGE FINDERS: In this competition, a player may obtain distance information by using a device that measures distance ONLY. However, if, during a stipulated round, a player uses a distance-measuring device that is designed to gauge or measure other conditions that might affect his play (e.g., gradient, wind-speed, temperature, etc.), the player is in breach of Rule 14-3, for which the penalty is disqualification, regardless of whether any such additional functions are actually used.

FOOD: Complimentary lunch will be provided after play.

PRACTICE RANGE: Complimentary for players only. Range will open one hour before the first tee time.

PLAYOFF: In case of a tie for the Championship, a hole-by-hole playoff will begin immediately after all scores have been posted.

PRIZES: Awards will be given to the Champion, Runner-Up and Third place finishers during the lunch and reception.
