Championship Player Memo

2ND ROUND PAIRINGS: Round Two pairings will be based on round one scores with the lowest scorers teeing off last. All scorecards must be turned in at the main scoreboard.

DIRECTIONS: I-75 to exit 310 (Indian River). Follow M-68 west to Alanson and junction of M-68 and US-131. Head south to Conway about 6 miles. Turn right at light to stop sign and turn right, proceding 1.4 miles to Pleasantville Rd. Turn right and follow signs. (see enclosed map)

LODGING: Call 1-800-Go-Boyne for room rates. Please specify when you call that you are a contestant in the GAM Mid Am Championship in order to receive the rate.

PRACTICE ROUND: Practice rounds are available one week prior to the competitions. Arrangements can be made by calling the pro shop at (231)526-3028. Tee times may be made for after 1:00. Cost is $45 which includes a cart. (This fee is not covered in your entry fee.)

LATE TO TEE: Note under Rule 6-3 and Optional Condition as stated in Appendix I shall be in effect. All players must be present on the tee and ready to play at the time laid down by the Committee. The order of play is not relevant. See Decision 6-3a/2.

CADDIES/CARTS: Automotive transportation is mandatory. Cart fees are included in the Championship entry fee. Only Competitors may ride in a Cart. There will be a maximum of 2 carts per group.

FOOD: A complimentary continental breakfast will be available from 7:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. and a buffet lunch will be available from 11:00am to 3:00pm both days for contestants only.

PRACTICE RANGE: Complimentary for players prior to play on the day of the competition. The range will be open by 6:30 a.m.

WITHDRAWAL: If you must withdraw, contact the GAM office at (248) 478-9242. If you call the GAM office after business hours, please leave a message on voice mail extension 24.
