UPDATE:The Michigan Women's Senior Amateur has been rescheduled for Sept. 8-9.

The Michigan Women's Senior Amateur provides the best Senior Women in the state with the opportunity to work their way through flighted match play brackets, as well as consolation matches so all participants are guaranteed to play on both days. New this year, the Day 1 stroke play round is only required for players that seek to qualify for the Championship Bracket. An additional Gross bracket of eight will be made consisting of players that do not make the top eight in stroke play, plus those that would rather play gross matches but do not want to participate in stroke-play qualifying. All other brackets will consist of net matches with players seeded by index. Players in net matches will play off the lowest of the two handicaps at 100%.

The 2021 edition will be hosted by Mt. Pleasant Country Club.

Who: Senior Women (50+), GAM/USGA Handicap Index lower than 25.4
When: Wednesday-Thursday, Sept. 8-9
Where: Mt. Pleasant Country Club (Mt. Pleasant)
Format: Stroke-play qualifying + match-play bracket for the Championship flight. Players not participating in qualifying do have the choice between gross or net matches.
