101st GAM Championship Qualifier - Atlas Valley GC

TOURNAMENT DATE: Thursday, July 21

TEE TIME: You should arrive at your assigned tee at least ten (10) minutes prior to your scheduled starting time for instructions from the starter.

DIRECTIONS:  Take I-69 to the Irish Road exit. Go South on Irish Road to Perry Road, then E ¼ mile to the club.

PRACTICE ROUND:  Please contact Atlas Valley GC for rates and availability.  Contestants must call in advance to reserve a tee time and identify themselves as a GAM Championship Qualifying Contestant.

GPS AND RANGE FINDERS: DMD's that measure distance only are allowed. In this competition, if a player uses a distance-measuring device that is designed to gauge or measure other conditions that might affect his/her play, AND USES IT FOR THOSE OTHER CONDITIONS the player is in breach of Rule 4.3, for which the penalty is TWO STROKES for the first breach of this rule and DISQUALIFICATION for a subsequent breach during the stipulated round.

FOOD:  Food will be available for purchase in the clubhouse.

DRESS CODE: Shirts with collars and sleeves are required; however women may wear collarless shirts with sleeves or sleeveless shirts with collars.  Neither tank tops, tee shirts, short shorts, gym shorts, cut-offs, bathing suits nor denim pants/shorts are permitted.  Players and caddies are expected to adhere to the dress code.  Those inappropriately attired may be asked to change clothes before being allowed access to the course.  The GAM will adhere to any more specific dress code required by a host facility.

CADDIES/CARTS:  All players and caddies must walk in this competition. Spectator carts are only permitted if a request, accompanied by a doctor’s note confirming the spectator’s need for a cart, is submitted to the GAM at least two days prior to the competition. PRACTICE RANGE:  Complimentary for players on the day of the competition, prior to play only.

PLAYOFF:  In case of ties for the final spot(s) or alternates, a hole-by-hole playoff will begin as soon as all scores are posted.
